The location is fantastic, ease of booking great, staff on the phone very helpful.

As a holiday home, this below expected standard, The static caravan needs urgently a thorough deep clean, I believe the outside cleaners employed just wipe over things. Mirrors have greasy finger marks over them. Cutlery need cleaning before they can be used, most likely that some holiday makers stay and forget the washing up liquid so cutlery is just rinsed under the tap, grease and what not still on. This is the only place that i have stayed at that gives nothing to the client ie cleaning equipment. Worst thing in 2026 no freezer not even in the fridge.

Curtains ripped. Holes in cushions. Hole in side fireplace. Hole in side of vanity unit. No hoover or iron. Water not hot enough at kitchen sink. Food smells from Birds Eye factory.

The location on the site was amazing - right at the corner of the site near the exit up to the sea wall. The sea wall offers long walks in both directions. Being in the corner of the site you weren't hemmed in by other caravans - it felt private and quiet. On the other side of the site boundary hedge by the caravan you could see the really large field adjacent to the site with it's picnic area where I walked my dog. The caravan was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the outside decking and seating good for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

I can't fault the caravan. I don't class the following comments as dislikes, purely as further comments. There is some noise from a nearby food processing factory - not enough to keep me awake, audible but purely in the background. You can also hear the 'whoosh' noise of the nearby giant turbine at Ness Point when it's operational. That didn't affect my sleeping either.

The location was perfect for our needs.

Couldn't get ordinary channels on TV was fixed on the Simpsons and I couldn't find how to change things.

Very friendly atmosphere, the location was easy access, the place was welcoming and clean, and the residents were very friendly.

We loved the caravan, it was clean and smelt clean. Loved the table and chairs on the decking with the fake grass. Bed and sofa was comfy. Kitchen was good for things you need to cook with. There's a free Sat box in the frontroom. The location we loved. Lovely walks along the sea wall cafes restaurants takeaways convenient shops all in walking distance. Tescos is a 5 minute drive away. Great Yarmouth a 20 minute drive away. There's alot of history in the area kids parks lovely nature walks all walking distance. We really enjoy it. The only thing I would say is there is a big working factor next to the campsite which is odd but it really don't effect the holiday at all. Will definitely be coming back. It's not a didn't like but there was no toilet brush in the toilets and no small coffee table in the front room. Which both would be helpful.

The window was broke,chair leg was broke,then the front door wouldn't shut,the man that came about the window was very nice,we stayed in 1 in February that was beautiful, was a bit disappointed at this 1
