The Granary at Palm Tree House in S.E. Kent

Detached, secluded & safe. A very spacious property offering the very top class accommodation. Lovely host with a nice greeting, thank you it goes a long way.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Granary durante la seconda notte in Inghilterra e confermiamo che è una struttura eccezionale. Il cottage è immerso in un giardino curato e tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la natura. La casa è pulitissima, ben attrezzata e molto confortevole, con un letto ampio e comodo. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con fiori freschi e un gradito pacchetto di benvenuto con pane, latte, yogurt, burro e marmellata. La posizione è ottima per esplorare la zona e si trova a pochi passi da un negozio locale e da un pub con un buon menù. I proprietari, Robin e Hazel, sono gentilissimi, discreti ed attenti ai dettagli. È davvero una casa lontano da casa. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Solo un suggerimento: il cottage può essere un po’ difficile da trovare la prima volta. Consigliamo di contattare i proprietari in anticipo per ricevere indicazioni dettagliate, noi abbiamo avuto qualche piccola difficoltà nel trovarlo.

Een heerlijk huisje, aan de rand van een prachtige tuin. Van alle gemakken voorzien, en met oog voor detail en liefdevol ingericht. Heel vriendelijke eigenaren, er stonden verse bloemen en er was voorzien in een eenvoudig ontbijt. In de buurt zijn er verschillende restaurantjes. Ook de landelijke omgeving is de moeite van het verkennen waard. Wij waren er slechts voor 1 nacht, maar zouden graag eens terugkomen voor een langer verblijf!

Lovely hindaway nice and quiet with being in a lovely garden.

Lovely quiet location. Handy for exploring the area including Hythe and Folkestone that are a 15 minute drive away. The Granary has everything you could need and is very comfortable. Beautifully kept gardens that attract birds and squirrels. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a welcome pack that included bread, milk, yogurts, butter and marmalade. The Granary is a short walk to the local shop and coach and horses pub that has a good menu. Robin and Hazel were welcoming hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them.

Everything about the house was very confortable. Beautiful garden and very quiet and peaceful setting.

This was our second over night stop here. We love the location and the property itself. It's a home from home and highly recommend this rental property.

A wonderful property in a secluded and quiet garden.

A beautiful abode set in even more beautiful surroundings. The owners are very friendly and keep the rental very clean. The bed is roomy and super comfy and the home is very well equipped. I loved the vases of fresh flowers picked from their own garden, it's the little added touches that make any rental more admirable. The breakfast provided is ample and include yogurts and fruit. All in all we had a lovely sleepover and would highly recommend this B&B

There isn't anything not to like about this place

The location, beautiful garden, an oasis of calm. The entire property was spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast pack was excellent. Robin and Hazel were perfect hosts. So friendly locals. Pub in 5 mins walk. Secure parking. Close to channel tunnel.

Nothing to dislike. We will return for a longer stay.
