The Granary at Palm Tree House in S.E. Kent

It felt like a home from from home! It’s a very relaxing place to stay. This was our second visit and we are planning to stay there again.

There was much more room here than we were expecting, lots of storage and wardrobe space too. Bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen and massive king size bed. We had a lovely welcome pack to tide us over the first day. Freshly picked flowers were put out for us and the owners were really friendly and gave good advice on local places to visit. We loved every minute and will definitely go back.

It was a really charming, comfortable and spacious place to stay. The hosts had thought of everything and the vases of flowers from the beautiful garden were a special touch. The homemade marmalade (in the welcome pack) was so delicious we bought an extra pot.

That we had to leave! Will definitely come back.

The Granary is quite lovely, beautifully converted and maintained by the friendly owners. They left bread, milk and butter for us, along with enough preserves and store cupboard bits to make a decent snack, without having to shop. The Granary is at the end of a beautiful garden, private and safe. I was travelling with my daughter and they very kindly separated the huge bed into two singles for us. We were very comfortable, thank you to the owners.
