Very friendly owners. Quiet location in fascinating garden,flowers and birds. Lots of room for just the two of us. Fully equipped. Very comfortable bed too.

Amazing accommodation, really comfortable, everything you could need. The attention to detail is exceptional and Robin and Hazel are really brilliant hosts. We only stayed for one night before we headed for Le Shuttle early the next morning but we would happily return and explore the gorgeous surrounding area.

The setting was idealic and the accommodation was unique, spacious and cosy , everything you would need was provided for. I loved the fact that the history of the property was provided too. The hosts were lovely and kept us well informed. - their directions to find the cottage we're spot on. The breakfast selection was yummy. A little idyl of peace amongst a blooming lovely cottage garden.

We absolutely loved it here so much so we've booked again already. Robin & Hazel are wonderful Hosts I recommend stocking up on Hazel's Homemade marmalade it's gorgeous. We also bought fresh eggs from next door. Such a beautiful place to stay and we can't wait to return.

Everything tip top

Excellent. Everything was more than we expected. It was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was provided to meet all your comfort needs. Garden was a great experience and history of building very interesting.

What a perfect little getaway! We didn't arrive until late and Robin met us with a torch. Which was much appreciated! I have to say that usually when you look at the pictures of places they are always smaller in real life. That isnt so with this place. Quite the opposite! The beams, the furniture, the pictures and books are all beautifully thought out and interesting. Everything has been thought of, it is pure comfort. We were going to have a day out on the Saturday but just stayed in until the evening. I love birds, so just sat on the very comfy sofa enjoying watching them on the feeders. Especially on the frosty sunday morning. Very relaxing. The local pub is a very short walk away. Very friendly locals including the dogs! Will definitely be back. We didnt want to leave. A lot of love has gone into the whole place and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for sharing your little corner of heaven with us! And also was delightful seeing spring pushing through the ground x
