Location, Communication. Everything really.

It's on the second floor so you'll struggle if you're with children with prams.

- het is echt een toplocatie, overal dichtbij - fijne grote koelkast en vriezer - bij het zwembad altijd plek en lekker rustig - groot balkon op zonkant met zitje en ligbedden Heerlijke vakantie gehad ;-)

- er zat een gat/deuk in de deur van slaapkamer - de uitzet in de keuken was wat karig voor 4 personen, had beter gekund - stopcontacten die los zitten in de muur - met douchen wordt snel alles naast de douche nat omdat het een open douche is - oven uitrusting dat beter kan

Excellent communication, very good sized, clean and comfortable apartment in a good location. Excellent hosts and thank you for the welcome gifts which was a nice touch. We would stay here again 😊

Perfect location—at least for us. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the ocean and 5 minutes to the main streets, yet the apartment is in a quiet area. The host truly cares about guests, providing clear instructions on how to find the apartment and check in, making you feel welcome from the very beginning. The welcome snacks and drinks were a lovely touch after a long journey. Free parking is available, and there is a car rental in the next building. The pool and pool area are also a great bonus. And a big equipped balcony! We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment requires some maintenance. Pool are is open only from 10:00 AM.

the quietness of the complex no noise glad it provided blankets it was not particualy warm you may need heaters soon in the rooms as a back up we were shocked by the weather it was below average the tempratures

The weather & No heaters it was unusualy cold for tenerife the door in double bedroom does not shut properly but overall a good apartment a little overpriced we thought, las americas not quite our cup of tea poor entertainment in the bars
