Location, A small, fairly intimate resort compared to its surroundings. The apartment is supposedly equipped with basic appliances, but trivial things like not enough glasses and only half of the cups (there were 2 cups and 2 coffee cups, and there were 4 of us) make a bad impression. Parking.

The apartment requires a visit from a maintenance technician. This would not be very irritating, but despite previous comments, the same issues have not been fixed for a while. Broken balcony door, hole in the door. 2 cups and 2 coffee cups for 4 people.

The apartment enjoys sunshine on the balcony all day and there are plenty of sun beds around the pool. The apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was very easy.

A minor detail, but there are no English speaking TV channels in the complex.

The apartment was a little tired, reviews commented on broken safe and it had not been fixed, there was a hole in the door of the double bedroom and the ceiling light fitting above dining room table was hanging loose.

Great location, a short walk to shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc, and the area felt safe. Very clean complex, nice pool and no dash for sunbeds- there were adequate numbers and lots of space. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped, and there were some nice touches including bathrobes, sunbed towels and toiletries.

There were a few maintenance issues needed in the apartment- including a broken lock on the patio door, socket detaching from the wall and a sticking door closing mechanism on bedroom 2. Also, the front of the apartment is right next to a large hotel, which created noise issues in bedroom 2 when hotel residents were out chatting until after midnight! Typically for these kind of apartments, there was noise from those above and adjoining, which wasn't great at night and early in the morning.

Very Central location. Cesar was very informative and helpful. Lovely pool area and very quiet. Perfect for 4 adults.
