Saying free breakfast is pushing it. Prewrapped microwave egg sandwiches etc, repurchased pound cakes, danishes etc terrible. No juice, fake watered down coffee. Sorry for 160 plus per night in penn yan? Not recommending and will go to hampton next time. Rooms around us very loud. And no we are not old just don't like hearing neighbors going to the bathroom.

Our room wasn’t clean when we arrived- they checked us into a room that had not been cleaned from night before!

They charged us for the room and then wouldn’t contact or respond to us personally or booking.com in an effort to get a full refund. Eventually after 3 weeks and multiple phone calls, things got escalated and we got our money refunded but it was not easy!
