Luxury 5* Heart of The City, Fabulous Views

This is not 5 star, it’s clean and comfortable and although I do accept that I was checking in late at night it was a lot off problems just to get checked in

Not luxury 5* accommodation a bit closer to student accommodation. Having said that the location was good.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. And free parking was a perk.

I wouldn’t call it “luxury” by any means. The photos presented in the listing weren’t the actual apartment we were in. Ours looked different (there’s another review with more accurate photos). While the apartment was generally clean, we were excited there was a washer as we’ve been on a monthlong roadtrip - but when we looked, the washer’s soap dispenser was moldy and it wasn’t clear if we were even meant to access that space. It’s very basic. I would only consider it again if the price were lower and more reflective of what it is. Or I’d consider a smaller but more luxurious hotel.

Large space, very clean, good facilities, comfortable bed, proximity to centre. Ease of check-in and check-out. Safe area.

Some small upgrades here and there in the flat could help customers feel a bit more pampered. This seemed a more modern/functional stay rather than luxury. In my opinion the view from the flat seemed a bit overstated.

The kitchen facilities and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment was freezing cold when i arrived and lounge window did not seem sealed properly as it was noisy and drafty. Lined curtains would have made it better and less sterile. Curtains in bedroom would have also made it more welcoming. Didn't like collecting key from a lock box on the quayside in the dark. As a female, not familiar with the area, this felt unsafe.

Everything was as in the tin. Fabulous location, walking distance to everything. Clean and well furnished place. Very clear and easy to follow instructions.
