Breakfast was excellent The spa facilities were excellent Lovely upgraded room with gorgeous views of the garden Member of staff Noi was excellent, efficient, and friendly

Everything was of a high standard apart from the pillows - no support at all - very floppy! One member of staff was rude and made us feel as if we Shouldn’t be asking for her attention (believe she may be the restaurant manager)

Struttura molto accogliente con un bellissimo giardino Deliziosa sala della colazione e un caloroso salone dove bere qualcosa o giocare. SPA piccolina ma con bagno turco sauna e una piscina riscaldata, molto carina. Una bella passeggiata nel parco per arrivare nel centro di bath, ottima soluzione per chi arriva come noi in macchina, parcheggiata nello spazio avanti l’hotel. Mi è piaciuto tutto! Ci tornerei!

Beautiful house and gardens.

Tiny thing you have to call down to get milk to make a cup of tea and it didn’t arrive in time - just a faff. Good coffee machine in room though
