Room was completely clean and comfy.

The swimming schedule for children was inconvenient, and it would have been better if the spa had longer operating hours.

The garden and outside pool. Reception staff were friendly and tried to solve issues that arose and apologetic for issues

The room was poky and too hot, requested garden view and single beds. Got no view and double bed. Shower not hot enough, moths in room, lights not working in room, very poor service at breakfast. Had run out of acai breakfast bowl - our first choice. Forgot my sister’s yoghurt before bringing our cooked breakfasts. No carafe of water as on other tables and never brought glass of water we requested.

I would like to thank the hotel team who were super nice and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a garden view on arrival, which was really lovely. It was a large room and was filled with nice touches - like cookies on arrival, water during turn down service, etc. We absolutely loved the garden and the spa. It’s a very cool property and we enjoyed exploring the grounds. The staff is also very kind and attentive.

The property could really use some updating. There are lots of scuffs and marks on the walls, and the carpet could use a serious shampoo. There is a lot of potential for this property, but it’s definitely not in 5-star condition at the moment. We also felt that the food portions were incredibly small for the price. The beds were also way too soft for our tastes, although that can be hard to cater too as preferences vary.
