Cozy, Chic, Dairy Cottage near to Beach & Shops- Parking

Property was well laid out,ideal for a small group,near to buses,and local shops

Cosy and comfortable cottage close to all amenities and the sea front. Lots of nice places nearby to eat and drink. Easy to park.

We love it , very beautiful house, clean and close to every tourist attraction.

Location, good. Three TVs provided, but none working on our arrival. A man called and managed to get the Lounge one working BUT with BBC1 BBC2 only. Not very satisfactory. The other two were deemed not suitable for the cottage. Alexa saved the day! At least for music.

It would be good for the kitchen to have a casserole dish, a kitchen hand towel, two tea towels rather than one, kitchen roll and spare rubbish bags.The kitchen knives were blunt - a sharpener is required. The oven was not clean and the trays were left dirty. The noise from the roofers next door was intolerable Monday and Tuesday that we had to go out, and couldn’t wait to leave on Wednesday as they continued.

Beautifully put together and maintained property. Perfectly located for Babbacombe and only a few minutes drive from Torquay. Plenty big enough for our party of three and has everything you may need for four. I'd happily return and recommend.

Location was great and it was lovely and clean an cosy. Had everything we needed and will definitely be returning.

The bathroom door was a little tricky, I was travelling with my 77 year old mum and 83 year old uncle who struggled with this,

Second time we have stayed. We really like the location, quiet and convenient, and ease of parking. The decor is nice, and the lounge, kitchen-diner and bedrooms are comfortable and relaxing. Everything is clean, it's well equipped and the communications from the owner are helpful.

Bathroom could be much better, especially the shower, which was having substantial temperature issues. It's the one thing that holds it back from being a 9/10

A very quirky and comfortable upside down property. It was a great base with all the home comforts you need including Alexa, a fan and tv in each room. There were board games and even a deck of cards. A very homely and well thought out accommodation. Kitchen facilities were great as was the bathroom.
