Rats running around my car Overpowering smell of damp Excessively noisy, mechanical units in outside street made sleep impossible No mention made of the steep steps that made it impossible to bring my 90 year old mum to the property…. NOT a ground floor flat at all Not properly clean, crumbs in sofas, bins not emptied Equipment in kitchen not complete Rats in the walls behind the inner bedroom Itchy bed …didn’t stay to find out if it was bed bugs Main gate security just a bike chain Ruined our Christmas Had to find another place to stay!!!!!!!

Very spacious, comfy beds and near to the town centre.

Carpet in bedroom was very dirty. Not very clean all round. Very poorly equipt kitchen. No sharp knife or bowl for salad. What kitchen equipment they had was in a poor state.

Spacious with a great games room, local too which was handy

Not alot really if i had to be picky would be your bottom floor of a flat so can hear things above….

The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean and tidy and the host was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately I didn't sleep very well as the person/people in the flat above were very noisy and you could hear their floorboards creaking as they walked around. The noise was on and off until about 5am and it kept waking me and my husband up.

Amazing location and facilities.. the host was really accommodating and extremely helpful. As a group of 8, we loved staying here.
