"The perfect weekend break!"

Gina was an exceptional host, going above and beyond (like getting our preferred milk for coffee and giving great local recommendations for things to do) and really made us feel welcome! The Annexe is lovely and cosy with an ideal location for Chichester and West Wittering beach. It had everything we’d need inside and really peaceful immediate surroundings. Would absolutely recommend and stay again if we’re in the area!

Ein perfektes Apartment, eine perfekte Gastgeberin die uns mit Croissants, Milch, Käse, Schinken, Keksen und Kaffekapseln verwöhnt hat.

"A fabulous place to stay."

The perfect break away. Gina, the host, was amazing! We had everything we needed, with extras. Extremely comfortable and clean, easy to visit tourist places around the area with a car. A super, relaxing break away from home. Highly recommended!

The old barn annexe is absolutely lovely , it was spotlessly clean and the owner Gina left us some lovely treats as well as providing milk , tea,biscuits , cereals etc and was so welcoming and helpful before and during our short stay ensuring we had what we needed and giving advise on local places to visit etc . It is in a lovely quiet private drive with its own parking ,and is so near to Chichester it is ideal for the Festival of Speed and the Revival etc or just to explore the gorgeous area . 100% recommend this gem of a place .

"The Old Barn Annexe is the perfect base for exploring Chichester and environs."

The Old Barn Annexe was compact and really comfortable. It was really well equipped - Gina had provided everything we needed for our stay and we were enjoyed cooking there as well as eating out at local pubs and restaurants. The attention to detail was excellent and we very much appreciated the extras that were provided and enjoyed with our afternoon tea and breakfast. A comfortable bed is a pre-requisite for a good night's sleep. We found the bed extremely comfortable. There is a lot to see and do nearby. Fishbourne Roman Palace is just down the road and the Weald and Downland Living Museum is very close by. Chichester is very easy to get to without having to use the A27 bypass! We will definitely stay here when we return to the area to explore places we missed this time around.

We really could not fault the Old Barn Annexe.
