This property was perfect for what we needed, in a beautiful and quiet part of Chichester. The host Gina was so lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best weekend and had everything we needed.

The host provided fresh pastries, cereal, tea/coffee, fresh milk & filtered water. We even had handwash, shampoo/condtioner thrown in. Everything we needed was there.

It was impeccably clean and neat/tidy, good location for various points of interest in the area.

Nothing, maybe the shelf on the mirror on the bathroom made it a little hard to brush our teeth, but that’s being picky haha.

"A home from home - I’ll be back!"

The property was perfectly situated for my stay with very clear directions for arrival. Communication with the host Gina was friendly and helpful and she made sure I had everything I needed ahead of my arrival (including tide times!) which is an extra appreciated touch as a solo traveller. The accommodation was beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings,,bedlinen, towels and facilities. There were lovely personal touches like baked breakfast goods and muesli and a coffee machine and Gina had asked ahead for milk preferences. I felt like a family guest rather than a paying visitor, yet my privacy was respected and my stay was perfect. Gina cares about her guests and their comfort, and also about the environment- all cleaning products and bathroom items were organic and ocean friendly. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Nothing except the inclement weather but I was cosy and warm so it didn’t matter too much!
