The Old Barn Annexe, cosy stay, close drive to city, beach, South Downs & Goodwood

The property although not big catered for every need we could want. Cooking facilties a nice clean and tidy guest annexe all through. Gina was very friendly and thoughtful regarding anything we might need. I hope we get the opportunity to stay there again.

Rural location but only a few mins drive to the city and coast. Very comfortable accommodation.

Every detail was to the highest standard and brand new. Every facility had been thought about and provided. Super bed, great kitchen and dining area, lovely bathroom. Great range of complimentary breakfast items were provided (milk, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cookies, and chocolate) - all unexpected and again of the highest standard. Three different ways to make coffee (again, all provided).

Liked everything about our stay. Gina was a lovely host. The bed was very comfortable and there was a well equipped, super clean kitchen and shower room. Lots of different teas and coffee including a coffee machine. A selection of treats was a lovely surprise. Close to Chichester and Fishbourne. Close to several nice gardens and other attractions. Great location. Fantastic short break.

Would have loved to stay longer.

Very easy to find, great instructions from great host. Lovely setting. The main room had been well designed, and felt quite spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, and toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. It was lovely to have real plants in the room, and planted pots outside the door. The welcome goodies were a bonus, and delicious. Plenty of storage space, even for our case which fitted under the bed The Royal Oak a short drive away was open all day, and did good food. We would definitely stay again, and for longer.

A very small thing - great to have a light on both sides of the bed for reading, but while looking nice, the ones in situ didn't give off a good light for that. But if you wanted mood lighting, then perfect!!!

It was well laid out and felt surprisingly spacious. A very comfortable bed. Gina the host was very welcoming. The Tasty treats! It was Immaculately clean.

It was perfect for our requirements, being central to the area we wished to visit and close to the major East/West A27 trunk road. The owner went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

The accommodation and location where great; no issues at all!
