Had a fantastic stay at Dave’s holiday home in Skegness. The place was very clean, well looked after, and located in a calm and peaceful area. Communication with Dave was excellent from start to finish – very helpful and easy to contact. The location was perfect, close to the beach, local bar, and chip shop, which made everything very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you, Dave!

Great location with parking available and only a minutes walk from the beach! The host was really helpful and flexible with check in/out times. The property was clean, comfortable and the garden area was great to relax in.

We couldn’t even make contact with the hoist for 1.5hr so we had to find somewhere else to stay

Location was good, great cafe within 2 mins walk. Host was very friendly with good knowledge of local area, beach was close with a short walk to skegness.

There was no breakfast and it was a good walk into town as I took my mother who is in a wheelchair

The apartment was small and not disabled friendly as my mother found it hard to get around the apartment as there was no hand rail in the toilet and the bedroom was very small she was afraid of falling and the outside was on different levels so not easy to get her out and there was the gate we had to use was narrow and not easy to get her wheelchair out so only stayed one night

Location was lovely, very close to everything and only a short walk. Host was brilliant explained everything to us in detail. Apartment is very cosy. Comfortable beds .

The only thing that was a little issue was when having the pull out bed out the others staying in the bedroom couldn’t use the bathroom or kitchen area due to it filling up the living room. However the sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on.

Apartment was clean, tidy, safe, great location & great host. Will be definitely coming back soon

No 1 on my list was the location! Short walk to lovely beach, short walk to shops, short walk to fun family friendly entertainment. My kids do not do walking, so this was just perfect. The parking spot was also very helpful, especially with the short walk. The apartment itself was lovely! Really clean, very comfy, loved the shower pressure. The kitchen was fully equipped and even the cutting knives were actually sharp! I also appreciated the generous outside space. There was even a second tv in the main bedroom.
