Everything was exceptional, including the proximity to the beach. The apartment is everything that is advertised. It is neat and well spaced out. The living space is quite large and opens onto a patio and grassed garden which allows one to relax outdoors and socialise with friends/family. I like that it is advertised as a 6 sleeper and has three upstairs bedrooms which allows 6 adults to sleep in bedrooms, not in the lounge like in most other 6 sleeper units I've been to previously. The kitchen is functional and basic amenities are provided. Cutlery, crockery and other utensils are adequate for 6 people.

Firstly, I think the facility should provide braai (barbecue) facilities. Fortunately my friends were from KZN and could bring a portable braai without too much hassle. However, if I was travelling with a different group of friends from Gauteng, this would have used up carry space in a vehicle if we were driving and would have just been ridiculous to carry on a plane. I also found it odd that the shower is in the downstairs bathroom as all the bedrooms are upstairs. The upstairs bathroom does have a tub, but I think a shower upstairs would be a better option.
