location is very good

I did not enjoy my stay at all,bedroom lights were not working at all, walls are damp,water pressure is low on shower, fake advertising NO AIRCONS...tv remote has bitten batteries in it, all upstairs windows are broken, property is highly in need of maintainance ,we checked in at 3pm,but had to go out as the domestic worker was still busy changing bed sheets and cleaning up,yet when it was time to leave she was there before 10am. we kept on calling the guy on the number given to us by booking.com ,but he just ignored us and didnt answer our calls ...

The keys and locks are rusted and the veranda door as well as some of the windows are damaged and cannot open. Furthermore. When calling the owner asking for help as his keys are rusty and refused to open at first. His response was. You will figure it out. Even after messaging for the Wifi Password. He ignore our request and carried on. The lounge light isn't working. And all the rooms have no lights. Only bed lamps.

Unit is not looked after. Very bad damp smell in cupboards and damp issues on walls and ceilings. So many issues like lights not working, shower head broken, bathroom window handle broken. Downstairs bathroom door falling apart. Washing line is a joke, all trellidors struggle to open including the front door. Deck needs attention ( rotten pieces and water damage on ceiling under deck. Bathroom light flickering and think there is a electrical issue in the unit On our day of arrival we picked up the key at 14:00 and cleaning lady had to wait for the clean linen till 16:30 and only left after 5. Location. Close to the beach

The unit was in need of maintenance.

The only great thing about the place was the close proximity to the beach,easy access.

It was very difficult to enter the house as trellidor gates rusted, hard to pull back, hard to insert keys.Only 3 towels to 4 guest,no hand towels, no toilet paper, no welcome gift. The bathroom door downstairs was in bad wear, also upstairs was bedrooms with bath tub.If you want to shower must go downstairs,very inconvenient.
