Never had bath towels

The only thing good about this place was the location, how close it was to the beach .

Everything was disappointing from the start of me finally getting in contact with the host right up until we needed to check out. He wouldn't answer our calls he was not attending to our what's app messages . When we got to the apartment, the cleaner was still in the apartment and was disgusting bugs in the kitchen bathroom. We had to leave for a few hours and come back cause the cleaner attended to another apartment, just leaving ours un attendant too. I don't blame her has she was taking instructions from her boss. We paid to check in at 3 but had to leave due to the apartment not being ready for us . The curtains are run down the gates, and doors were a massion to open and close. The apartment is also rather stuffy the smell from the kitchen cupboards, etc. The list of complaints goes on . The location is a 10 /10 . I took a video of the apartment that I will share with booking.com directly

The only thing good about this property was that we were able to walk out the gate and walk down to the beach.

Everything about the place that was advertised was FAKE. The place was infested with cockroaches, it smelled, it was not cleaned. Mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. No Air Cons, No Washing Machine, A leaking refrigerator. Pathetic.

Nothing, just the view

Sliding door is extremely hard to open and close None of the outside lights on the carport side works, neither does the lights in the dining area or the front entrance. No bulps in the light fittings!! There is no lights in any of the rooms...only a bed lamp in 2 of the rooms. We are using our own touches to actually see in the room!!! The 3rd room doesn't even have a lamp. We then got lams but no bulps There's *only one* steak knife and one sharp knife... We are taking turns to cut our meat. Only 2 teaspoons...only 4 small coffee cups. We are 4 adults and 2 children and there’s only 2 towels!!! This is a 6 sleeper and we booked the whole apartment!! *I would expect a lot more from a holiday rental in this price range* The curtains in the kitchen is all torn up...the walls and ceilings upstairs looks horrible. The place isn't well looked after, and it was not what we expected at all!! The plugs in the bedroom does not even work!! I would expect a discount refund on what we paid as a R500 food voucher is not going to *”cut it”!!* 35k for this place is joke!!! Call me urgently!!
