Location. Close to beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable.

No lights in 2 rooms. Plug point broken in one room. Toilet light out upstairs. No toilet rolls provided. Not enough cooking pots. Worn out cooking pots. Lounge suite very uncomfortable.

Property not maintained, host did not respond to communication exposed electricity sockets, no lights in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Doors not opening properly.

Only positive thing about our stay was the location of the property.

Upon arrival we had no hot water, there were no lights in the bedrooms and the kettle kept tripping the power. The host insisted that the previous guests didn't complain, but the host came by and dropped off some bedside lamps. He promised to have the geyser sorted early in the morning the following day as well as electrician. Both arrived at 4 the afternoon and the plumber only finished at half past 6 as he needed to replace quite a few parts of the geyser because of all the rust. Place just seems run down and very little care. Lots of light fittings without bulbs, water damage around house, no toiletpaper. Needs serious TLC.

Like i said many times, I messaged and call for 3 days now, there is no answer, i don't get a reply or a call back. the worst experience in my life. no hot water for 3 days, kettle doesn't work, no lights in the rooms. Staff at the property are rude and not helpful at all. I am shocked with the management and booking.com No one seems to care that i have a 5 year old daughter that hasn't had a hot shower for three days, now she is a cold due to having cold baths. This behavior is RIDICULOUS!!!! We are human, treat us as such

when we got there, there was no entrance bell so I phoned the owner, no answer,emailed and no answer. Eventially just before 16:00 I got hold of him and he sent details how to get into the facility. He answered my email two hours before bookout time yhe next day. Rusty door, dirty floor, no lights in any room, bed pamps in the room with two point plug but no plut to go into the wall. Kettle trips the electricity so couldn't make coffee, tried with a pot that I had to wash first but stove didn't work. Most windows can't open, cant go out on the stoop as the keys don't work. No washing machine, poor cutlery and cups. luckily we only booked one night. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Worst stay ever, first 2 days no towles. Kettle triped the main switch when put on. No aircon, even though on site it said there were. I can't open traily doors all rusted and stif.

Everything, stairs was a deathtrap , doors were stiff and rusted. No working kettle, chopping knife was old and rusted , no towels for first couple off days. Lights in 2 rooms did not work.
