Strutture moderne e molto ben tenute. Con tutte le comodità, incluse lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Roof garden molto bello e accogliente. Lo abbiamo sfruttato poco solo perché le temperature esterne erano proibitive.

Di default ci hanno dato pochi asciugamani. Ma devo dire che ce ne hanno forniti altri appena li abbiamo richiesti.

La petite table pour manger il n’y a que deux assisses alors que le logement est pour 4 . Mais nous nous sommes adaptés

Very spacious, extremely pleasant, bright and well decorated apartment, in the heart of Seville! Very clean with a very comfortable double bed in the main room, a second open room with a sofa and two spacious bathrooms! All accessories (washing machine etc) excellent!

The apartment lies in two floors, so there is a staircase to reach the rooms Towels are thin and if you need more than available you need to wash them

Excellent location in a quiet side street but easy walk to everything beautiful Seville has to offer. There is a lift and easy to get suitcases up to the apartment. The apartment is modern and nicely appointed with lots of natural light. Kitchen looks brand new and there were some cooking supplies which is always helpful and decent pots and pans and a good size fridge plus a washing machine and a good drying rack. The bedroom is small but has excellent storage and the shower pressure was very good. We had a few things that needed attention and these were dealt with very professionally and quickly. There is a good supermarket, Dia a short walk away which is excellent. Highly recommend the rooftop bar at Hotel Fernando III for a pre dinner drink, you dont need to be a guest and Bendala Brasserie which is a 10 minute stroll, fantastic food and service.

The floor needs washing. The apartment is very clean overall so this does seem odd but it has been mentioned in other reviews.

Nice old recently renovated building, the location is just perfect, quite street, but the historic district is just 2 minutes walk. Supermarket, bakery and local bars are just around the corner. Beds were comfy and in general all was great. We would definitely go back if visiting Seville in the future.

The floor was not all clean

Great Apartment, very clean and spacious ,host was very good at responding to any queries. Towels need to be bigger and better quality and would like fresh ones maybe on the 3rd day as we were there 6 days so could have done with fresh ones .

The location is great and nice property. The communication from the vendor was not always helpful. They only communicated about checking in and out and did not respond to questions about the property

Lovely apartment in a great location - close walk to everything. Beautiful shared roof terrace.
