Great central location but still on a quiet street so no city noise inside. Clean & modern. Good air con. Towels & toiletries provided. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely roof garden which we had to ourselves every time. Good communication from hosts.

Bit of noise every night from the apartment next door but nothing too bad. Sofa only seats 2/3 but most of the time we sat in garden. Not an issue for us but people might like to know that the apartment is over two floors so need to be able to do stairs.

Overall everything looked great until we arrived. The flat looks very nice at first sight, modern, in great location in the center of Seville. But …

We have arrived as agreed via messages (informed about exact time of arrival), but had to keep calling for quite some time (20min or so) until someone picked up and gave us codes to enter. The flat has two levels with one room downstairs, another extra bed downstairs in open space and sofa upstairs. Bathroom downstairs was not very clean and (what has completely spoiled the experience) was full of little flies that were also present in big number in the room next to the bathroom. These insect were biting like mosquitoes. We have asked twice what are these and were they come from (all windows closed) but never got the answer. We had 3 difficult nights with the flies around. We are not able to say if this is a normal thing in Seville but we have not experienced these anywhere else in Spain till this day. Apart from that, towels and linens of low quality, no extra towels just in case (we were 3 nights). It would be great place if it is better maintained.

Gorgeous Appartment, the hosts were very welcoming and met us on arrival making it really easy. The space is imaculate and spacious, has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with every basic you need to cook a meal, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine all built in too.

One small thing, has washing machine but no where to hang wet clothes. Microwave is a nightmare to figure out, some instructions would have been fab but these are minor issues and didn't affect our stay at all.

Location. Cleanliness. Facilities. Roof top terrace. Lift. Comfortable. Shower. Toiletries. It does state that there is no provision for a cot but we needed one for our grandson for a couple of nights. We contacted the letting agents and one was delivered the same day and erected at no extra charge. All staff very pleasant and helpful, especially Dustin.

Very trivial but could do with a bread knife and few more cutlery items

A lovely modern and super clean place! Spacious place with lovely decor, cannot fault the cleanliness of the place. Comfortable too and good location. Great kitchen and air conditioning. Great bathroom too. Would recommend!!

The touchpads for the lock to get in and out of the doors was very temperamental and took some time to light up and actually work… this needs to be looked at.
