The apartment has been recently renovated and is in a clean condition. The kitchen is well-equipped and ideal for those who prefer to prepare their meals. We didn't get a chance to use the kitchen. The host provided me with the digital lock keycode in advance, which made it easy for us to enter the building. Moreover, the location of the apartment was great. We could walk everywhere, and there were plenty of supermarkets, shops, and cafes around. There was a rooftop terrace for those who wanted fresh air! It is Airconditioned.

During our stay, we had a problem with the digital door key! That gave us some stressful times, especially with the kid. However, the host helped us with physical keys, a relief! The bed's legs were sliding on the floor, so it was sloping and could not be used at all. The suits we stayed in were on the ground floor and didn't have windows to the streets or backyard; there were upper windows with no view. DO NOT LET THE WINDOWS OPEN! We did, as we wanted some fresh air, but here come the Mosquitoes!

The apartment was spacious and clean. We didn’t have trouble finding the building as we took a taxi from the train station. Communication with the host is also relatively easy and we got the password to unlock the front door before we arrived. We also appreciate that we could check in early.

The apartment was not that close to restaurants or supermarkets. As other guests have noted, there were mosquitoes and we were bitten by them. We also had some issue with the charges as it was charged in SGD instead of Euros, thus incurring a high foreign exchange rate. However, the host refunded the foreign exchange surcharge after some back and forth in communication. I think booking.com should have been more helpful to promptly resolve the issue when it was surfaced.

We like the location, the room, and the friendliness of the hostess. One thing bothered us a lot is the mosquitos. Maybe it is seasonal. Not sure.

Location

It isn’t clean enough. We found lot of hair in bed and lack of blanket and pillow. And when we arrived, the staff didn’t tell me how to check in that why we needed to cell them which was very inconvenient to contact them with international telephone numbers.

The location and apartment were great! Very convenient check in and check out procedure. Well equipped kitchen.

Hangers for jackets could be added close to the entry door or at the entry level.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Good facilities, very clean, comfortable bed.

We were in the ground floor apartment and it was a little dark with very little natural light.

It was clean and central,well equiped for a family with 2 children.

There were 2 things but won’t get into them as some people are sensitive to some aspects and others aren’t and I consider this minor.(regarding garbage disposol and towels)
