Besonders möchten wir Youssef hervorheben, der mit seiner freundlichen und kompetenten Art unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat. Seine Leidenschaft und sein Engagement sind wirklich bemerkenswert. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an das Restaurantteam, das für uns extra länger geöffnet hat – diese Flexibilität und Gastfreundschaft haben unseren Abend perfekt abgerundet. Very hospitable and they even organized some bland food and medicine when I became sick from eating elsewhere. The staff was helpful and gave recommendations of the area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.

Magnifique établissement ! Le meilleure de toute la ville et c'est confirmé par les locaux également :) Youssef a été exceptionnel merci à lui et à tout le staff qui est d'une gentillesse et d'un sérieux irréprochable. Merci à tous pour cet agréable séjour !

Ein wunderschönes Hotel am Rande der Medina, hervorragende Lage, auch gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt spontan verlängert, weil wir uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Hamam und Massage waren top! Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter im ganzen Haus!

Das Hotel liegt angenehm ruhig, und dennoch bist du in wenigen Schritten mitten in den charmanten Gassen von Fès. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und bietet einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Das Frühstück und das Essen sind sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Der Service ist jederzeit aufmerksam, herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend – man fühlt sich rundum willkommen.

Die 3-Schlafzimmer Suite ist außergewöhnlich. Hayat aus dem Restaurant und Yusef haben sich immer um uns gekümmert.

An absolutely amazing place with exceptional staff ,a special thanks to Youssef, Hayat, and Bouchra for their outstanding hospitality. The rooftop is truly one of the best in town, offering a wonderful atmosphere. The food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. Every detail was perfect.
