Palais De Fès Suites & Spa

Palais de Fez is a gem in the middle of the medina. 14th century palace restored to perfection. It’s an invitation to travel back in time. Youssef, our host made our stay exceptional and arranged everything for us (guide tour, drivers etc) showing us true Moroccan hospitality.

La situation de l'hôtel est exceptionnelle, la vue depuis la suite et la salle de petit-déjeuner est très belle. Les parties communes du rez-de-chaussée sont superbes et élégantes.

Le confort de la suite n'est pas à la hauteur du prix. La serrure de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et nous avons dû faire le tour par la terrasse sous la pluie pour avoir accès à la chambre. Elle n'a pas été réparée malgré nos demandes. L'électricté a sauté pendant la nuit, résultat, pas de chauffage et un réveil dans une chambre glacée.

Удобное расположение. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Номер большой по размеру, есть необходимые мелочи. Отличные завтраки и приятное обслуживание в ресторане.

Размещение было не быстрым. Приехали после 15 часов, но номера были не готовы, пришлось ждать заселения. В ванных комнатах отсутствует вентиляция и присутствует запах сырости. Номера с признаками "усталости" и нуждаются в обновлении. В частности шторы были очень грязными и частично сорваны с карниза. Заявленное СПА по факту просто хамам, который нужно бронировать сильно заранее. В номерах и общественных зонах очень много аромадеффузеров, запахи резкие и навязчивые.

We had a wonderful stay at Palais de Fes. We received a complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff being warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all of which were fresh and delicious. The lobby was absolutely beautiful and added to the charm and authentic atmosphere of the hotel.

One thing I wouldn’t recommend is choosing a room with a balcony. While the view is stunning, the barking from dogs during the night was quite irritating and affected our sleep.

The hotel is beautiful. Location was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Youssef was welcoming, attentive and helpful. He was very gracious. Bouchra was also kind and helpful. They both went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. The view from our room was stunning. Food provided at their restaurant was tasty. We totally recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.
