Accueil très agréable et sympathique de Tout le personnel et surtout Youssef et bien entendu Guita la propriétaire qui était très disponible et soucieuse du confort de ses clients . Le spa super agréable , Cheymae et Fatima étaient extraordinaires avec leur mains en or.

J ai tout aimé , mais peut mieux faire au point de vu service : ne pas attendre u on demande du coton ou un couteau ….

My wife and I spent two truly memorable nights here celebrating our anniversary. Palais de Fes is nothing short of a work of art—every handcrafted detail is stunning and reflects the incredible craftsmanship that Fes is so well known for. Out of all meals we had during our 10-day trip across Morocco, the food here was simply unmatched. We enjoyed the chicken lemon tajine, lamb with prunes tajine, seafood pastilla, and the traditional pastilla—each dish was absolutely exceptional. Hayat’s warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special; she is truly a gem. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, the restaurant is an absolute must-visit. The live oud music from 9pm adds such a beautiful atmosphere. We also treated ourselves to the spa twice during our stay, enjoying a Moroccan hammam and a massage. The hammam is elegant and relaxing, and the masseuse was incredibly skilled. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting the owner and hearing about the family’s story and the evolution of the hotel. It was both inspiring and heartwarming to learn how the daughter and son are continuing their father’s legacy. A special thank you to Youssef for his attentiveness and hospitality both before and during our stay—he made everything seamless. And finally, a sincere thank you Ghita for making our visit so special and unforgettable. If you’re visiting Fes and looking for a truly memorable and royal experience, this is the place to be.

The room's door locking mechanism was inconvenient and needs addressing. The pool is unswimmable, the moment anyone dips in it, the whole lobby area is flooded. Perhaps reducing the water level can be considered. The hotel is not accessibility friendly for anyone with a wheelchair, purely due to the construction of it (lots of unavoidable stairs)

The location

The plunge pool was over full making it dangerous to walk around if one person went in. There should be proper drainage around the pool.

Everything was superb - the interior decor is exquisite. The rooftop restaurant is sensational with the best views in Fes. Overlooking the historic medina.
