Наш номер выходит прямо на самую шумную площадь, низкие потолки, дверь в ванну еле закрывалась . Сотрудники отеля были очень навязчивы, постоянно ждали чаевые. Ресторан ужасен, мы ужинали и заказали тажин с курицей, есть его было невозможно . Курицу сильно пере жарили . Закуски тоже были средние . Завтрак очень скудный и невкусный. Все картинки отеля сняты для инстаграма , не отражают реальности . Утром мы не могли выехать из отеля в 9 утра, все двери были подперты! палками, а сотрудники ресепшн спали .

Stunningly beautiful property on the edge of the old medina of Fes. One of the few properties in old Fes that serves alcohol - which was a bonus. Each room is unique with exquisite craftsmanship. We stayed in two different rooms as we had two bookings and both were superbly comfortable, well equipped and had extras such as a plate of local delicacies laid out on arrival. Particular shout out to Yousef, who couldn’t have worked harder to make is a great stay.

Like all of Fes, service in the restaurant works on Moroccan time. Sit back, enjoy the perfect view of the Medina and enjoy slowing down. The food is well worth the wait!

The service. There was no welcome drink as “Moroccon hospitality”. The pool was extremely small and the hotel was being cleaned all the time

Restaurant needs improvement. Slow service and food can be done better. Breakfast not suitable for the location. Sewage smell in the room

The staff is very attentive and the rooms, as well as the whole riad is extremely beautiful. The food is also great and the terrace has a wonderful view. All the details are perfectly curated and we would definitely come back here our next time in Fes.

Beautifully renovated palace with a lot of intricate details. Youssef was very helpful in taking care of our needs and made a good restaurant recommendation.

We had to listen to kitchen staff arguing loudly on multiple occasions. They didn’t have a dedicated concierge and the room services once we had checked in could be better.
