Gute Lage. Schönes Lobby und ein sehr freundliches Personal! Das Zimmer war auch schön!

Das Badezimmer war renovierungsbedürftig. Im Großen und Ganzen aber in Ordnung.

Beautiful building, exactly like in the pictures and located very close to the Medina gate. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and helped us with everything, from booking tours to getting a safe airport transfer. Special thanks to Bouchra, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Honestly, cannot recommend this hotel enough, it is absolutely everything you want from a Ryad and more. 100% you won’t regret booking it!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect close to all the main attractions, yet quiet and relaxing at the same time. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to assist us and make sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Gute Lage direkt in der Medina, wenn man das möchte. Wunderschönes Gebäude mit Dach Terrassen und einem fantastischen Blick. Personal & Chefin sehr freundlich!

Unsere Terrasse war nicht privat uns wurde als Weg benutzt. Im Badezimmer lief das Wasser schlecht ab. Es werden anscheinend keine Geruchsverschlüsse benutzt, so das der Ablauf in der Dusche morgens heftig stank. Im Februar war das Zimmer ziemlich kalt und klamm.

Séjour absolument parfait dans un cadre magnifique, idéalement situé au pied de la médina. Que ce soit depuis le rooftop, qui offre une vue exceptionnelle sur Fès, ou dans le patio propice au calme, tout invite à la détente et à la relaxation. La gastronomie est généreuse et pleine de saveurs, un vrai plaisir à chaque repas. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le sens du service. Un immense merci à Bouchra et Mohammed, qui ont été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour et ont largement contribué à le rendre inoubliable.

Le petit déjeuner est royal mais quand on reste plus que 2 nuits cela manque de renouvellement et de choix

Öncelikle Yosef’e çok teşekkürler. İlk girişimden itibaren , çıkışa kadar çok ilgiliydi. Otelin olanakları gayet iyiydi. Kliması güzel ısıtıyor. Oda genişliği çok iyi. Kahvaltısı güzel , temizlikte iyiydi. Konum olarakta medina bölgesinin hemen yanı ve çok iyi. Çalışan kişilerin hepsi işini hakkıyla yapan , çok ilgili ve düzgün insanlar. İlk gün odada ikramlar bırakılmıştı. Son gün erken çıkacağım için kahvaltı paketide hazırladılar.Taksiye kadar eşlik ettiler.

Çok ufak bir nokta duş ürünlerinde ufak yenilemelere ihtiyaç var. Su sıcaklığı vs çok iyi.
