تم عمل ترقية لحجزي إلى جناح السلطان كان رائع / فخم / راحه نفسيه من كل النواحي ولمن يريد تجربة حياة الملوك ، الفندق قريب من كل شي في مدينة فاس القديمة ، وكانت الأخت جيهان موظفة الاستقبال في انتظارنا والتواصل معانا اثناء الاقامة وتقدم لنا النصائح والاستجابة السريعه من قبلها لأي سؤال نسألها وأحب ان اشكرها على التعاون المذهل وكذلك لا أنسى فريق العمل الذي يعمل في هذا الفندق الرائع

It was a beautiful and ornate palace.

Food and hospitality were awesome !

Lift is too small. But does not matter that much. We could not access the terrasse for the larger view as was shown in the pictures. Maybe the hotel should be more transparent about it. Also, the cost of the personalized couple evening is just not reasonable: 600 USD !!!!!!!!!!! What was not appreciated is that we were not told before booking and despite that we asked for it 2 seats before at the time where the table should gave been set, nothing was ready ! We waited for 30min until it was. A part from it, the 2 musicians were very kind people and very good artists !

Beautiful interior. Great location and wonderful views from the roof top restaurant. Sultana suite is amazing. Loved it.

Everything was perfect

This hotel was incredibly clean and the rooms were warm and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the view from the terrace is magnificent. The staff were super accommodating and helpful.

Accueillis comme des rois par Yousseph. Surclassés dans la suite camélia, très spacieuse, magnifique, confortable et à la hauteur de nos attentes pour nos 2 nuits de repos. Le restaurant : milles et une saveurs, service au top, très à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Nous avons profitez de faire le hamman, très agréable et relaxant. Merci à Youssef et son équipe entière pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons bientôt, inchallah Manu & Sahra
