The location was great- it was clean, comfortable and had everything required for a great stay!

Location is great, walkable to city and with parking outside. Welcome hamper from host very thoughtful, house is clean and cozy.

Bathroom and closets door knobs keep falling down, please fix it

Location was convenient for city centre

The mat in the hallway needs replacing it’s a trip hazard. Searched outside of property for refuse bins none to be found so had to keep all refuse in property in bags

The location was amazing, only a short walk away from everything! The house was amazingly priced and was well worth the money. It was clean, cosy and made me want to move in to york! :) The decor was on point and really made the trip amazing ! The hamper you gave us was so cute thank you :)

The lights outside didn’t come on when it was dark. The bathroom door didn’t shut unless it was forced.

Cleanliness of crockery/cutlery provided. Too little toilet roll.

The house was beautifully decorated and furnished. Comfortable bed with plenty of wardrobe and shelf space in the bedroom. A spacious living/dining area with good cooking facilities and a lovely little courtyard at the back, which we appreciated as it was a very hot week. Close to the river with a pleasant walk to the city centre and easy access to the city wall.

We had great difficulty controlling the water temperature in the shower and gave up on the overhead rain shower head and just relied on the hand held in the shower and bath. The water was either cold or scalding hot. The windows were too stiff to open which made for hot, stuffy nights during what was a very hot week.
