Quiet location but close to York city centre.

Instructions for using appliances like the the oven were only of any use if you already had an appliance of that brand.

Beautifully furnished. 3 Lovely bedrooms - 2 on 1st floor and one lovely twin room on 2nd floor. Also 2 living rooms on ground floor (one living room come kitchen diner, where we spent most of our time). Great quiet location just a 5 min walk or so from the city centre (which was so beautiful).

Apart from a lack of waste bins in the bedrooms everything was just perfect for us!

The bathroom could maybe use some attention. Wasn’t bad but toilet wobbled when sitting on it. Toilet brush was disgusting & shower maybe needed new sealant. It was by no means grotty just could do with a look

Decor was lovely, beds were comfy, street was quiet with no issues to park. Had everything needed

Needed more tea towels, shower temp was hard to regulate.

"fantastic vacation"

everything was as expected. we wanted 4 separate beds and that's what we got. the location is close to the city and close to the train station and close to the city wall, which is very pleasant.
