Location was excellent. Nice quiet area and just a short stroll to the city centre , river and parks

The property was not clean . Floors and carpets were filthy. You could not see through the windows because of the grime. The front door was caked in dirt. There were no basic cleaning products to clean with. I have never had to clean a property BEFORE I used it. We stayed 11 nights and there was nowhere to leave the rubbish outside so by the end of the holiday we had numerous black bags sitting in the kitchen which was foul. We would have appreciated a quick tidy up after day 7.

Location to the center was perfect, with parking. Loved having a washing machine. Apartment with everything you need.

A few things probably need some TLC. Nothing major, but some stains on chairs and carpet.

Fantastic location! Loved the quiet street and easy walk to everything. We also loved the kitchen and ability to do laundry. Overall, it had a great amount of space for my family of 4 to spread out.

Wish it had been stocked with a bit more amenities (such as toilet tissue or hooks in the bathroom). It would have helped for us international travelers from outside the UK to have instructions for how to use some of the appliances. A little hard to dry laundry on the clothesline given how windy it was- clothes often flew off into prickly plants below, but we made it work.

Only had one bathroom for quiet a few to share.

The property was in an excellent location and was very comfortable.

The location was perfect we could walk into the city, and also access the city walls easily. Not having to use the car at all over our stay was excellent. The house was prepared with everything we needed to begin our stay. We much appreciated the wonderful hamper on arrival. On sunny days the little court yard at the back of the house made the kitchen/ dinning room area light, airy and welcoming. We would happily stay here again.

The welcome gift hamper was a lovely touch

The place was so very warm, we tried to adjust the heating but in the night the heating would keep kicking in.
