Great room, very clean and spacious. Great location as well.

Nice pleasant room, very comfortable bed with everything you could need. The pantry is a nice touch and the bathroom a good standard

There was nothing we didn't like about the room,place or location. There was a bit of over communication about rules and check in/out

the room was nice and big, bathroom was newer with a nice rain shower head

the stairs leading up were worn and a little seedy looking which made us nervous before getting to the room

Quirky rooms above a pub and theatre with access past green room/stage door. Fantastic location on peaceful street very close to Whiteladies Road in Clifton. Lovely room, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and good shower.

Needs managing better - didn’t appreciate being bombarded with emails from the management company, £150 deposit was a surprise, got no reply at all to my messages. Needs cleaning better - toilet not properly clean, kettle unusable due to foul-smelling yellow gunk in the bottom, cups with crusty rings round the lip. Blind broken still as mentioned in previous reviews. Breakfast offering unappealing (cornflakes in a jar at the top of the stairs looking a bit suspect). Could be a really nice place to stay if sorted out a bit.
