I didn’t like anything there the way I was cheated was at another level.First and foremost I didn’t know that the unit is privately owned cos I didn’t say that on booking .com The way I was treated at the reception desk was awkward .No one knew about my booking.They just left me at the door cos they were going .I had to deal with the the security lady who was very kind to me . They told me to call the owner of the unit to get some keys Upon calling that owner she told me that I need to pay the breakage fee of R1000 before she tells me where to find those keys Upon paying I need to go around to find Sasol garage I need to locate that Sasol garage myself

There is no cleaning service in this room The linen is not clean it’s smelling No welcoming coffee or tea packs prepared prior my arrival No towels No toilet paper when the one offered get finished Windows are dirty Bathroom mat is slimmy meaning it’s dirty No blanket in case you are cold

Pls install wifi and put some channels of DSTV

Property was not cleaned for our Stay.. No Toilet rolls provided.. no Towels provided. Tiles were uplifting in the passage.
