"Bien placé et pour un week-end ça passe!"

Le petit déjeuner très bien , beaucoup de choix, très bon.

L’accueil à l’arrivée :le réceptionniste désinvolte et juste agréable, nous envoyant dans un parking sans vraiment savoir le chemin »il n’avait pas le sens de l’orientation « nous a-t-il dit!! J’ai trouvé moi-même un parking plus accessible,la rue devant l’hôtel étant réservée au tram. J’avais envoyé un mail le matin au sujet du parking… resté sans réponse… Les autres personnes du staff étaient sympas !!

"sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, das aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist."

Die Lage war toll - nah vom Bahnhof und ins Zentrum. Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür. Das Zimmer zur Straße war darum nachts sehr laut. (belebte Straße+ Bahn) Es gab leider keinen Kleiderschrank. Toilette etwas eng neben der Dusche. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Leider ist ein Kaffeeautomat zu wenig für so viele Gäste. Immer lange Schlange oder nicht funktionstüchtig. Toll, dass man im schönen Innenhof frühstücken kann. Leider wurde die direkte Tür zum Bufet ständig wieder geschlossen.

zwei Kaffeeautomaten wären toll. Zugang zum Bufet aus dem Innenhof bitte offen lasssen. Komode oder Schrank im Zimmer wären gut.

"Good for a short stay."

The bed was comfortable, the room was small but clean. In an excellent location.

The bathroom was on the small side and a little difficult to manoeuvre in the shower and I am a petite person.

Tolle Lage, schöner Innenhof.

"Fijn vertrekpunt om Straatsburg te verkennen"

Fijn groot bed, ruim balkon, plek voor de fietsen en last but not least geweldige locatie. Vlakbij museum voor moderne kunst, schitterend. Heerlijk ontbijt!

Er was geen airco, alleen een soort blower. Je kunt vragen om een molentje begrepen we de volgende ochtend. Gelukkig was het geen 30 graden en konden wij de balkondeuren open gooien ‘s nachts

"Nightmare"

Everything has been extremely negative and horrible. The room was very small, the fresh-air system (not air-conditioning) did not work (mainly blowing war air), the room had a persistent bad smell of humidity and mould (also not very healthy), it was. not possible to open the window (because of wrongly built on curtain!).

Zone pas très bien fréquenté le soir, une cour centrale bruyante quand les clients de l’hôtel y discutent
