USDid not stay after looking at the apt, was not clean at all, bug infested, couch was worn out and surface was peeling away from couch all interior was not clean at all,got in late that night only reason i stayed the one day...did not open suit case for fear of bugs getting inside..
USNice but , must be a mall rat, it park has changed , not so great for a male solo traveler anymore, the condo was a great stay place , lots of families everywhere, Disney land...

USFirst, Raisa and staff were excellent at handling problems we had. One a/c unit was missing leaving a hole in wall. Fixed immediately. One towel per person per week is a little short. No hand towels or dish towels. Toilet seat had to be replaced immediately. Desk people seemed indifferent and not that helpful. Overall the place is dated and a little worn but the stay was OK and conveniently located. Thanks to Mary and Raisa.

PLThe apartment is spacious and quite comfortable. It’s on 19th floor so the view is amazing! Everything you need is located nearby.
CLEANING! First of all I had to remind the owner about the cleaning. The dishes were greasy, the towels on the floor were used and only turned upside down which is disgusting, the trash was not taken out - that’s why my rate is only 5. The AC in the living room is not working and the bathroom needs a shelf as there’s nowhere to put the cosmetics.

Theres no available 3 port outlet for charging or extension wire and wasn’t informed about the waste disposal
