During our stay, we found multiple cockroaches, including next to the bed. We shared photos with the host. The host's response was dismissive - instead of offering a solution, she suggested we find alternative accommodation. The situation was also reported to Booking.com. Hygiene conditions at this property are a serious concern. Additionally, the location was far from what we expected - the street was noisy throughout the night and the surrounding area had serious cleanliness issues.

Ens va agradar molt el barri. Apartament còmode per 2 persones, molt útil que tingui rentadora.

Mala organització amb l'amfitriona. Vam arribar de nit i s'havia oblidat de donar-nos el codi d'accés. No llegia els missatges i vam haver de buscar el seu WhatsApp. Per la sortida, encara pitjor. Divendres vam preguntar si diumenge, després de sortir, podiem deixar les maletes i recollir-les per la tarda. Ens va respondre amb 👍. Pero diumenge, quan ja haviem sortit, ens escriu que no pot ser i que hem de recollir-les abans. Teniem una sortida fora de Lisboa i vam haver de canviar-la. Si ens hagués avisat divendres, ens hauriem pogut organitzar i deixar-les en un locker... A més no va ser gens amable. A banda, vam trobar una panerola morta al bany.

Nothing. It is an older flat though - which for us was one of the things we loved. It’s clean, but dated. If you need something perfect (ie no chipped tiles, or wonky doors) this is not for you. But if you want clean, charm and character - stay here

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cicho i bezpiecznie.

Salle de bain très petite, peu pratique mais propre. Ventilation à revoir bruyante .

Check-in was smooth and easy. The owner communicated very well with me. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean. Wifi had a good internet speed. The bed was comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby.

One evening there was a small issue, but we solved it.
