Location is great. No need for a car. Owner very helpful to get a parking lot. A lot of very good restaurants within 10min walking distance. Bathroom very nice, but....

.... not in good shape and not well maintained. Mattress laid through. Coffee machine is leaking. Barely any dishes to prepare breakfast.

The bathroom was nice, although unnecessarily large.

The room is small compared to the bathroom. The bed is low, the mattress is in poor condition, very used. The two windows overlook something that cannot be called an inner courtyard, which is usually full of bird droppings, so this cannot be called a view. It is better to keep the curtains drawn. There is air conditioning, but you have to call or message the host separately to change the setting if it is not suitable. It is impractical to call someone if you want to change it, because we are either cold or hot. It was noisy all night anyway. Disturbing noises came into the apartment through the door until late at night because of the neighbors. I don't know why this property was called luxury, but it has nothing to do with it. It is actually a closed hole. The bathroom is almost bigger than the room. It is nice, but it is half as big, it can accommodate two showers, a bathtub, double washbasin, toilet, bidet and TV, if the room is small and uncomfortable.

We stayed here on two occasions as it was so easy to access and comfortable too. The bathroom is an absolute dream.

Convenient and a bathroom to die for. Beautifully appointed, clean, excellent showers, and bath. There was a TV in the bathroom - we didn't turn it on, would have been interesting if there was surround sound!

Unfortunately, there were workmen clearing an upper floor so we had no view. They were very good and cleaned the place thoroughly.

The parking was on the street and you have to walk some minutes away
