Exactly luxurious as its name. Great location plus extraordinary room and toilet. It was so good to finally enjoy a big bathroom in Italy 😂

Smallish main room but more than adequate

Bathroom is gorgeous! Hosts are very accommodating and respond quickly and location is excellent. Those all deserve a 10! However since some of the top reviews have posted it seems that things have changed in that there is a helpful video showing how things work BUT the part of the thermostat control is incorrect. The video shows a 2 part thermostat but the owner removed the second part and now you have no control over the temperature and nothing can be adjusted. When I asked the owner he said so as not to confuse anyone… which actually means he doesn’t want any guests to decide how comfortable they want it. He also said it’s a law that the temperature can’t fall below 24 Celsius so there is never any air circulating. The other really big problem is the lack of hot water. Again when I asked he responded it is automatically controlled so I wouldn’t burn myself and that was actually a good thing in his opinion. I am an adult and know how to control the temperature very well and I don’t want someone else doing that for me. So you have a gorgeous soaking tub that only has enough hot water to fill it up 1/4 full . Once you add more to get it half full it’s too cold to enjoy . Don’t expect a nice long therapeutic bath to enjoy unless you like lukewarm water. The same goes for the shower… make it quick get in and out because the water doesn’t stay hot enough to shampoo and condition your hair. It’s a shame since it’s really a beautiful bathroom but for some reason the owner has decided to adjust the hot water heater so the guests can’t enjoy the best features of this apartment and to be told that it’s in my best interest so I won’t burn myself is the most absurd excuse. We also bought our own coffee pods because you get a single smallest Dixie cup espresso shot per day so we had to buy our own if we wanted more. I hope this information is helpful so you won’t encounter the problems that we did.

Lack of hot water for the shower, not enough hot water for the tub, no control over the apartment temperature because owner removed the part of the thermostat that adjusts it and actually said those were good things so I wouldn’t burn myself or get confused on how to adjust the temperature, offering only one small espresso pod per person.

Really nice place close to the centre. Amazing bathroom that is worth the money. A comfortable place and very good for couples.
