Coffee machine did not work but apart from that was lovely. No street parking but car park was close by and only €12 per day

Convenient location, it’s a quiet street next to the historical center. It’s a 15-minute walk from the train station. Self check-in/check-out, the host sends instructions on WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the host did not speak English at all, I had to correspond with him in Italian via Google Translate. All video instructions were also in Italian, although it would have been possible to at least make English subtitles. There were just a few other positive aspects: good lighting in the bathroom, 2 showers and 2 sinks will be appreciated by couples, a beautiful panel with an electric fireplace, the host left water in the fridge. The host responds quickly, allowed us to enter the apartment almost an hour earlier, and in the morning before check-in, gave instructions on how to get into the building and leave luggage, for which there is a special place in the common corridor.

The apartment is not bad, but it turned out to be much lower than expectations: the name “Luxury” is definitely not justified, it looks better in the photos than in reality. It feels like the money was only enough for part of the renovation, there are many small flaws that spoil the overall impression: the bathtub is not firmly fixed, you can accidentally move it or even overturn it; no slope in the floors, water drains poorly, the floor is very slippery; the cabinets under the sinks are constantly wet, so they have deformed significantly from the water; there is black mold in the tile joints due to constant moisture; the towel warmer is rusty in places. The interior of the main room is very modest: for some reason, the wall above the bed is covered with polystyrene panels, other areas of the wall are very rough, and the whitewash on the walls can leave marks on your black clothes. The furniture is cheap, the bed is low. Mobile signal in the apartment is very poor, so you will be forced to use WiFi, which is very slow. The TV in the bathroom does not have smart TV, but there is a USB port, so if you want to watch TV while lying in the bath, prepare in advance. The TV in the room is a bit better, but also quite old: YouTube works very slowly, streaming to the TV from the phone did not work. There is a Netflix subscription, but maybe the guests just forgot to sign out. The view from the window is into the inner courtyard and into the neighboring window, so I had to curtain it immediately for privacy. The air conditioning is central, it works well, but is controlled by the host: if you are cold or hot, you must write to the host to adjust it. It seems not all apartments are like this, but in room 1, where we stayed, it was exactly like that. Overall, the apartment is not bad, but I would not return here.

The apartment is amazing exactly as in the pictures! The location is very downtown, quite neighborhood! The luxurious bathroom is of course 10/10 amazing vibes❤️

The mattress was a bit low but still cozy…there were utilities available but nothing to cook or warm food…but it’s alright not a problem!
