Travel Information: Driving towards Chesterton along Green Lane, the hotel driveway is the next left after the buildings marked WIG. When booking for 6 people or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Spa treatments must be pre-booked in advance prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. The property cannot guarantee availability without booking in advance. There are specific pool times for children's swimming. Gray's Restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday 6.30pm - 9pm (last sitting 8.30pm). It is essential that all guests pre-book their table at the restaurant prior to arrival as spaces are limited. The restaurant is closed on New Year's Eve for an event. Tickets are available in advance. Please contact the property for more information.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Location, gym, spa

Rooms a little dated and the odd thing not working, light out on bathroom, coffee machine temperamental. Either of the Steam rooms not in use and jacuzzi out of order for the three days we we there.

"Hotel has great potential but currently very dated with poor services."

Location was good. Staff tried very hard with limited resources.

Jacuzzi and steam room closed. Breakfast Buffet choice was poor and cooked breakfast was missing items on second day. Coffee machine for breakfast broken. No plug sockets next to bed for medical equipment. Dog poo bag left on walkway for over 24 hours.

Good location and pretty

Very outdated Charged extra £40 at check-1in for my pet even though I said I was travelling with a bet in my booking which was then non refundable.

"Hotel and spa are a bit tired, staff are OK but not helpful. Expensive for a slightly shabby place."

Good location and quiet surroundings

The hotel feels tired and in need of a refit. Part of the spa was broken down and not available. Mould in the seals around the bath. No plug in the bath (and no spare plug supplied when asked) so I had to improvise and make a seal using a deodrant + plastic bag to be able to use the bath!
