Travel Information: Driving towards Chesterton along Green Lane, the hotel driveway is the next left after the buildings marked WIG. When booking for 6 people or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Spa treatments must be pre-booked in advance prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. The property cannot guarantee availability without booking in advance. There are specific pool times for children's swimming. Gray's Restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday 6.30pm - 9pm (last sitting 8.30pm). It is essential that all guests pre-book their table at the restaurant prior to arrival as spaces are limited. The restaurant is closed on New Year's Eve for an event. Tickets are available in advance. Please contact the property for more information.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The room was nice and clean

for breakfast we asked for the vegetarian option and they gave us the breakfast with a meaty sausage !!!!! My wife had a manicure but she dis expect to have it so badly done when i booked the spa for wife via the hotel the questionare aske if i wanted a male or female for the massage i asked for a female and on the day it was a male !!!! the person giving the masaage was far to strong and the experience was not relaxing at all

"Bicester village shopping weekend."

Excellent location for Bicester village shopping. Great for a weekend away. I will definitely be back.

Jacuzzi was not working but was warned before we arrived, nit picking really great hotel.
