"A nice place in a great location."

A nice space and comfortable, in a good, central location (2 min walk to supermarket, restaurants, lake & Station - (Train to Milan €11 for two people, 1 hr away - make sure, if you book online you book from Como Lago). Information from Marianna was fulsome, and clear. Parking is extra (€10 per night) as is the city tax (tourist tax, per person, per night). Breakfast is in the room (Marianna ‘delivers’ this in the morning - standard Italian cornetto and jams etc. She got gluten free in for my wife also.

It was fine. Very comfortable although there was quite a bit of noise from the floor above our room, every morning from about 06.30am. Not a problem for us, but it may bother some.

Gostamos de tudo, principalmente da Marianna que nos atendeu super bem, tirando nossas dúvidas com muita clareza. Localização ótima, perto do lago e transporte público, limpeza do quarto, organização, amenidades e um ótimo café da manhã. Adoramos e recomendamos!!!!

Check-in à distance (codes) sans difficulté, très bonnes explications de l’hôte qui était également disponible en cas de besoin et répondre aux demandes. Chambre très spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain. Très propre et agréable. Très bien située à proximité du lac, des transports en commun (bus, gare) et des commerces.

Notre chambre (rez-de-chaussée) donnait côté rue (bruit quand passage de voitures, difficile de laisser la fenêtre ouverte). Bruit venant du plancher du logement situé au dessus.

Nagyon közel van a tó, a sikló, a pályaudvar, a buszmegálló.

Kissé hangos az utca zaja, ha nyitva az ablak, a felső lakás zaja lehallatszik.
