Location was good. Breakfast ok

Would have liked to have breakfast at individual tables. Hosts stayed talking all through breakfast which meant it got cold before you finished it.

A very friendly venue and nothing was too much trouble. I was able to sit outside for breakfast in the garden, which was a wonderful start to the day.

A beautiful house in the perfect location for Keswick and surrounding fells. The hosts are lovely and nothing is too much trouble, from breakfast, to advice on routes to walk or places to visit.

Breakfast was perfect. Hosts were charming. Tea and cake served in the communal lounge on arrival. Helped us download documents. Could not have been better hosts.
