Tên khách sạn khác với tên trên map nên lúc đến mình hơi băn khoăn, và ngày mình ở thì phòng đối diện có vấn đề nên ngoài hành lang ồn đến tận 11h.
AUWhat an incredible stay at JM Hotel! From the moment I arrived I felt completely looked after, the staff were warm, helpful, attentive and went above and beyond at every turn. The location was perfect, and I left feeling so grateful for such a beautiful, relaxing home base for my time in Hoi An. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

KR방이 넓고 옷장과 책상이 있어 편리함. 호텔이 높지는 않았지만 사방이 트여 있어서 발코니에서 뷰가 좋았음. 룸에서의 여러 기기 사용 방법을 자세히 알려주는 등 직원들이 매우 친절함. 침대와 침구가 좋았음. 욕실에 있는 샴푸가 거품이 잘 나고 특히 화장지가 두툼해서 좋았음. 작은 수영장에서 쉬기 좋고 바 음료도 맛있었음. 조금 오래되었지만 자전거를 무료로 이용할 수 있음. 나는 미리 택시를 예약해서 이용하지는 못했지만 호텔에서 제공하는 공항 샌딩 서비스도 비용이 같았음. 조용하고 쉬기에 참 좋은 호텔임.
호텔에서의 환전은 미달러만 됨. 현금을 찾을 수 있는 ATM은 호텔에서 1Km 정도 떨어져 있음(안방비치 바로 앞). 샤워실이 파티션으로만 구분되어 있어 물이 밖으로 튈까봐 조심스러웠음. 묵었던 다른 호텔들처럼 실내화가 조리 형태라 내 경우에는 다소 불편했음.
IEMy companion and I have travelled to 6 countries, 15 locations and 15 accommodations and by far the staff here were the nicest we have encountered. They were so informative and welcoming as well as responsive, as female travellers we felt so comfortable and safe here mainly due to the kind staff. The rooms were very comfortable with a good solid fan, the shower had great pressure and we had a great view from our balcony. The free shuttle to and from Old Town was a fantastic aid and the driver was very polite and responsive. I would recommend this to everyone but especially solo travellers looking for a safe spot! I look forward to returning in the future
