Hosted 6 people well and the kitchen & table were big enough for all of us to eat together. We were also all able to sit together in the living room. Local pub & convenience stores around the corner.

beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, enough room for 2 adults and 3 kids comfortably so handy for familys or group of friends and three was street parking outside its close to shopping centers and sse arena we used a car so cant comment on local transport the owner was reachable and friendly and helpful.

the cleaning especially upstairs was not up to par like hoovering the floors one room on arrival had the pillows on the floor on top of a used bath towe from previous guest and stains on sheets it was like the room was completely missed by the cleaners, I did reach out and explain this to Owner who was disappointed to hear this as he does have clearners in there and doesnt maintain the property himself unfortunately we stayed during a time where there was rioting and we did meet a road block of people rioting with flags and pretty intimidating blocking a road on our way back the 2nd night we had to do a u turn and reroute the street we stayed in the house was quiet and this issue was not the home owners fault at all it was beyond his control.

"Great location. Comfy beds."

7.0

Great location and on a good bus route. Comfy beds and bedding. Good size and generally well equipped and value for money

We paid for early check at12pm in but the keycode wasn't sent until 2pm. Luckily the cleaner was still there so handed over the keys. If not we'd have to phone up Lock on bathroom door didn't work and there was no grill pan. The attic room doesn't have a full height door so you have to bend over to get in (I'm only 5 foot 2). Plug socket behind the tv is damaged and needs replacing

"Lovely mid terrace traditional home .Warm and tidy. Plenty room for 3 adults. With easy access to bus links or taxi from"

8.0

Everything you would need in a home from home for a short stay. Traditional terrace home with a fully accessible kitchen and separate dining living area . Three very good size bedrooms . Great mattresses and quality linen made for a comfortable nights sleep . Bathroom upstairs had shower over the bath which worked perfectly well. Situated on a street off a main road which had good bus links to city .

Nothing as it suited our budget

"Perfect for small group of friends visiting the best city in the islands of UK and Ireland (in my opinion)!"

9.0

It’s in Belfast, what’s not to like! Easy walking distance of the city centre, half hour or so and nice walk through Ormeau Park or along the embankment but if that’s too far then Uber is never more than 5 minutes away, pretty reasonably priced and great craic with the drivers we had.

The location was excellent — around a 30-minute walk to St George’s Market and very easy to get into the city centre either by walking or using the nearby train station. It was also only about a 6-minute Uber ride to White’s Tavern. There’s a small convenience shop just around the corner for basic essentials, and a larger Tesco only a short drive away. We were also able to park directly outside the property, which was really convenient. There are some great murals nearby too, perfect for taking photos. The house itself was a great size and had very effective central heating, which made it really comfortable. We were provided with plenty of toilet rolls, and the kitchen was well-equipped with lots of plates, cooking appliances, and plenty of space. The smart TV was a nice bonus as we could watch YouTube and Prime Video in the evenings. Overall, the property was reasonably clean and worked well for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there are a few small improvements that could make the property even more comfortable for future guests. A few extra cushions for the sofa would help with back support and comfort, and some throws or thin blankets would be a lovely addition for staying cosy while watching TV in the evenings. The dining table chairs could also do with being replaced as they are starting to show some wear and tear. The property would benefit from a deeper clean in certain areas, particularly under the sofas and beds, where there was some rubbish and dust. We also noticed that using the kitchen tap caused the shower to turn off, which may need looking into. The bathroom window area overlooking the flat roof had some socks and rubbish visible, so tidying this area would improve the overall appearance. In the first bedroom upstairs, a headboard would be a great addition as the bed is on wheels and tends to move, making the pillows fall behind the bed quite easily. Lastly, a shower floor mat would be very useful, as we ended up using one of the white towels to step onto after showering. A new toilet brush as the current one is broken. Overall, these are just small touches that could really improve comfort and the guest experience.
