Clean, tidy accommodation. Great value for money for what we needed. Shops, food, drink only a few minutes walk from property. City centre not too far away but as a group of friends we just shared a taxi or uber which took us in to town in less than 10minutes. Great communication from landlord and very helpful if we needed anything.

We stayed at Joe’s place for two nights and it was a very neat and a well maintained stay. We had a very comfortable time there plus there are great hangout spots/pubs nearby which was very convenient for us.

The only thing missing was hot water in the kitchen sink and proper heating.

It had two double bed for our family and a friend. The location was good in terms of visiting the city centre, Titanic experience. There was shopping centre near by.

The room was lil cold in the beginning and the host helped us to increase the temperature of the thermostat. The rooms could be more attractive (just suggesting)

Had everything needed spacious 3 bedrooms was able to make our food etc

Couldnt get electric shower to work an the shower where taps are the water kept changing temperature but got it sorted.🙂

No toiletries. Stayed for 2 nights with only 1 half used toilet roll

The code for lock box was not emailed till 2 hours after we arrived but Joe kindly gave us details by phone. Lovely bedding and towels and comfortable beds.

When you close the bath room door the bath panel falls off, be good if that could be attended to. Was very cold time of year but house pretty cosy, we were all worried it would be cold. The TV was set to Spanish managed to get it to English.

Delighted with our stay. It was an ideal location for the city. It was very clean and comfortable and will definitely book again if I'm going to belfast
