"Great value for money, excellent customer service, though the deposit is a bit high"

The location is easy to find. The room is clean and tidy. The staff responds promptly and patiently. The facilities provided are comprehensive, including a TV, refrigerator, and washing machine, although we didn't use them. Iron and hairdryer are also provided, so no need to bring your own – very convenient

The heating operates for a short period, from 6 am to 7 am in the morning and evening, although it can be manually extended by an hour. The default temperature is 19 degrees, a bit chilly. Each room has a hairdryer, but only one is functional – fortunately, one is sufficient. The bathtub's sealing panel needs repair

The property was great, easy to find and only a short taxi or walk away from the city centre. Host was great giving recommendations and made sure we were happy with our stay, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Liked the area, was easy to find bus stop for bus into the city centre. Comfortable living room and spacious kitchen. Beds very comfortable.

It was a good idea each room having a hairdryer but only one room had a mirror and that didn't have a socket near it. We had to use the mirror in the living room, so really only one hairdryer is needed. Only one roll of toilet paper in the house. No tea towel for drying dishes.

Joe’s Place felt like a home away from home, we were very comfortable hanging out and finding our way around the city. Basic amenities were provided, instructions for access were excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and it was a great value. We enjoyed our stay in Belfast and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
