Coco Lounge- Central Bham, O/R Parking & Balcony

the interior design was very modern ! lovely place to stay, very clean, beds were comfy, situated in a very ideal location. Very good that it has car parking included ! will definitely stay again!

Great location, central to everything and perfect for shopping or Theatre. A very clean and tidy flat. Nice furnishings.

Bath appeared to be leaking excessively from the underneath. Balcony was full of cobwebs, dust and what looks like cigarette ash. The table and chairs outside also need a wipe. Broken shelf in the fridge. There were no washing up sponges and we had to buy our own. WiFi password in the handbook is incorrect (took us best part of an hour to figure that out after repeatedly wondering why it wasn’t working). The wifi is really poor, had to use my own hotspot for the whole weekend whilst I was there to watch TV and listen to music - there is no free view. Host is pleasant enough - Unfortunately not very helpful and responds to messages very very late. The customer service is what lets it down the most I would say. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return unfortunately.

The apartment was spotless and really comfortable. The egg chairs on the balcony were a particular favourite of my 2 kids. The location was excellent only a 5 minute walk to bullring. Lots of restaurants nearby. Ideal for the Hippodrome theatre aswell. Overall excellent.

Seagulls in the courtyard made a wee bit of noise but nothing too bad.

The location, value for money, parking and service from the reception staff was all excellent. The decor was also really lovely.

Lovely looking apartment located quite centrally for shopping and going out

The internet was poor and so it was difficult to watch TV as this was all through the internet. Freeview would be better. There were no hand towels or a bath mat so we had to improvise with the bath towels. We had to change a sheet before using one of the beds as it looked slept in. The 'double' bed is low and narrow so we moved to the single beds. We also had to move a lamp to the sitting room as there were only large central lights in there. the kitchen has very limited food preparation space so it was not easy to cook and prepare meals in there. The outside balcony table needed cleaning.
