Central to shops and restaurants, clean and modern apartment. Car parking provided.

Designated parking space but someone was parked in it on arrival however after a quick phone call we were informed we could park anywhere.

Fantastic location for any of the city centre attractions. Feels luxurious. Once we'd worked out the heating system it was lovely and warm. Good communications from the host.

Nice and spacious the decor was a little worn and some maintenance required but over all it was lovely had all the amenities we needed

The lift broke on the first day and one of our party being disabled found going up and down the stairs challenging

Very Clean, spacious, excellent location very close to city centre. Good pressure shower.

Clear instruction on how to obtain keys from the security reception. Host was very responsive from initial booking to ensuring access and car parking on the day of arrival, will definitely book again if in the area

The apartment was in a good location to be accessible for central Birmingham, it was in a secure location with bonus of serviced reception area. The apartments facilities were perfect for a weeks stay there was a fully fitted kitchen not just a microwave and kettle like some places. The apartment is ideal for work and leisure. The owners were super at contacting us and communicating we felt very supported during the process. We will def be coming back.

WIFI Could be more powerful we struggled to access laptops, it wouldn't open up any files.
